Returns & Refunds policy

At Art Capades, we strive to provide the best customer experience possible.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a flexible return, refund, and cancellation policy in place. We understand that circumstances may change or that you may simply change your mind, and we want to accommodate your needs.

To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact our customer care team at customercare@artcapades.com.

We kindly ask that you provide your order details and the reason for your request, and our team will be happy to assist you further.

You are entitled to cancel your order without giving any reason for doing so before the product is dispatched for delivery. You will be given full refund in 5-7 working days.

In case of returns, if the your request meets the below criteria, we would reimburse you no later than 7-10 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.

In case of cancellation or return, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 10 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned if:

  • Product is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Product is damaged or tampered by you

  • Product is used

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
